Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This role involves assisting customers through various channels ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products services and company policies.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Record and maintain customer interactions in the system.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional experience.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (C2 level or native) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and nights.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Prior customer support experience is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with computers and customer support tools.
