Job Description
Taking on the role of Global PPA Training Specialist for the implementation of new workforce management tools across approximately 20 markets. The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Creating adaptable training materials templates and guidelines for local teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in countryspecific training programs.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training efforts through KPIs and feedback from local teams continuously refining content and delivery methods to achieve better learning outcomes.
- Supporting local training teams in adapting and delivering the material to meet the specific needs of the local workforce.
- Developing and implementing a knowledge transfer plan to ensure internal teams are equipped to independently manage training efforts postproject maintaining momentum and autonomy.
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
Knowledge:
Learning principles: Deep understanding of instructional design and methodologies that enhance skill development and knowledge retention in diverse learning environments.
Change management alignment: Knowledge of how training integrates with change management initiatives to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
Experience:
Multicountry training programs: Proven track record of creating training content on a largescale across multiple regions with a focus on adapting content for local cultures and languages.
Monitoring and refining training: Demonstrated experience in tracking training KPIs gathering feedback and iterating training programs based on measurable outcomes.
Knowledge transfer planning: Experience in transitioning training responsibilities from external consultants to internal teams ensuring sustainability postproject.
Competencies:
Cultural adaptability: Competence in delivering training materials suitable for different cultures and learning environments ensuring relevance and engagement.
Proactive planning: Ability to foresee training needs and challenges addressing them ahead of time to keep training initiatives on track.
Stakeholder collaboration: Strong ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders ensuring alignment and buyin for the training delivery.
Continuous improvement: Competence in monitoring training outcomes and making realtime adjustments to improve learning effectiveness.
Skills:
Instructional design: Expertise in creating engaging learnercentered training materials that accommodate various learning styles and levels of experience.
Facilitation and presentation: Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to deliver both virtual and inperson training sessions effectively.
Learning technology proficiency: Skilled in using learning management systems elearning tools and virtual training platforms (e.g. Teams Miro etc) for global training delivery.
Data analysis for training: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing training KPIs to measure effectiveness and perform continuous improvement efforts.
Problemsolving in training: Ability to quickly identify and address learning challenges to ensure successful delivery and knowledge retention.
