As a Customer Support Advisor for a renowned international travel company youll have the exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing worldclass support to travelers while liaising with accommodation suppliers across the globe. In this dynamic and fastpaced role your communication skills and problemsolving abilities will shine.

What Youll Do:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for Danishspeaking customers understanding their needs clarifying inquiries and providing comprehensive information regarding services payments and technical requirements.
  • ProblemSolving: Act as a mediator between our international travelers and accommodation providers ensuring smooth resolutions to issues with a positive and customerfocused approach.
  • Communication Excellence: Handle inquiries via email and phone delivering clear accurate and friendly communication always following company protocols and guidelines.
  • CRM Usage: Utilize internal platforms including CRM databases and Office 365 tools to track manage and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a global team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction while adapting to changing priorities and processes.

Who You Are:

  • Native Danish Speaker: You must have nativelevel proficiency in Danish and be comfortable communicating in advanced English.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly professional and efficient manner both verbally and in writing.
  • TechSavvy: You have a solid understanding of Office 365 CRM systems and are comfortable learning new internal platforms.
  • Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a proactive solutiondriven mindset even when handling tricky or demanding customer situations.
  • GoalOriented: You take pride in meeting and exceeding goals and you thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
  • Adaptable: You are open to evolving priorities and processes as the business grows and evolves.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or contact center environment will be highly valued.
  • Affection for the Travel Industry: A keen interest or experience with accommodation platforms and travel services is an advantage.
  • Location Flexibility: Must be available to work from the office and from home (within 100km of the office in Barcelona).

    • Fulltime 39 hours/week
    • Fixed working hours (Monday to Sunday) with a 2day break per week
    • Available shift: 09:00 20:00 (Rotating schedule)
    • Temporary contract transitioning to a permanent one based on business needs
