Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute strategic sponsorship sales initiatives for a growing innovative organization.

About the Role

As the Director of Sponsorship Sales you will spearhead the development and execution of sponsorship sales strategies. Your goal will be to identify opportunities build lasting partnerships and optimize revenue generation. Working closely with company stakeholders you will identify sponsorable assets showcase growth opportunities and drive results that contribute to longterm business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an annual Sales Work Plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and enhance the overall sponsorship strategy.
  • Identify new sponsorable assets that align with company culture and offerings.
  • Drive revenue growth through acquiring new sponsors renewals and upselling partnerships.
  • Ensure fulfillment is delivered on time accurately billed and executed to meet sponsor expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local regional and national brands.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to prospects goals.
  • Lead contract negotiations to establish mutually beneficial terms.
  • Provide insights on performance and strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Represent the organization at special events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive community presence and foster strong client relationships.


Requirements

Who You Are
  • 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales or a related field including success in leading revenuefocused initiatives.
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred
  • Proven ability to build and nurture impactful client relationships.
  • Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates persistence resourcefulness and a solutionoriented mindset.
  • Exceptional timemanagement and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Location Preference

We are seeking candidates located in the Orlando FL area although we will consider individuals residing anywhere in the state of Florida.

Remote Opportunity with Travel
