Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for winning major retail accounts As Senior Business Development Manager DACH (m/f/d)youll play a key role in expanding VoCoVos footprint in the region securing highvalue rollouts with leading retail brands. Youll own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting and negotiation to closing multimillioneuro dealswhile building strong relationships with key decisionmakers


What were looking for

  • A history of selling multimillioneuro deals to major retail brands
  • Proven success managing long sales cycles (918 months) and securing large rollouts
  • You are highly motivated resultsdriven and strategic
  • Excellent communication networking and presenting skills
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills including adult:adult negotiation techniques
  • Expertise in hardware and software sales with a focus on ARR growth
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Strong stakeholder management engaging with operational to Csuite levels
  • Fluent in German and English with willingness to travel


What youll do

  • Achieve sales targets by securing new retail customer rollouts in the DACH region
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline leading prospects through the full sales cycle
  • Identify key decisionmakers aligning VoCoVos solutionswith their needs
  • Develop and negotiate statements of work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure commercially beneficial terms while protecting VoCoVos risk interests
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and key retail contacts
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data to track performance
  • Collaborate with lead generation teams to drive new business opportunities

    Salary
    Salary range:
    Plus commission and car allowance
