Technicienne en support technique - IT Support Technician

Nous sommes actuellement la recherche dun(e) technicien(ne) en support informatique afin doffrir un service de support informatique interne une clientle diversifie (artistes designers programmeurs personnel administratif etc) et dassurer le bon fonctionnement de leurs stations de travail logiciels et autres priphriques.

Ds le dbut de votre aventure avec nous vous serez appel(e)  :

• Offrir du soutien technique sur PC effectuer de la rsolution de problme sur le matriel et les logiciels utiliss dans les systmes des employs (problmes de courrier lectronique rseau et problmes de priphrique par exemple)
• Installer des applications et des systmes dexploitation effectuer la mise jour et la maintenance suivant les standards dfinis par lquipe Services rseaux mondiaux (U42).
• Installer et dployer le matriel incluant les ordinateurs consoles et imprimantes.
• Documenter et prparer des FAQs
• Faire la gestion de linventaire du parc informatique et des licences
• Envoyer et recevoir du matriel en provenance de/vers dautres studios
• Supporter les usags au bureau et distance via Zoom Mattermost etc.
• Faire le suivi et rpondre au requtes dans le systme JIRA service desk.
• Toutes autres tches connexes.

We are currently looking for a Computer Support Technician to offer internal IT support to a varied clientele (artists designers programmers administrative staff etc.) in order to ensure the proper functioning of their workstations software and other peripherals.

From the beginning of your adventure with us you will be tasked with:

• Providing PC support and troubleshooting hardware and software on employee systems (issues with email network and peripheral equipment for example)
• Installing applications and operating systems upgrading and performing maintenance according to standards defined by U42 (Global Network Services Team)
• Installing and deploying hardware including PCs consoles and printers.
• Documenting and preparing FAQs
• Managing the inventory of IT equipment and licenses
• Sending and receiving equipment to/from other studios
• Support remote and office users via Zoom Mattermost etc.
• Follow up and answer any requests received from JIRA service desk.
• Performing all other related tasks

Qualifications :

Exprience et comptences recherches :

• Exprience comme technicien informatique dans un service de support technique un atout
• tudes en informatique ou domaine connexe
• Exprience en gestion maintenance et rsolution de problmes sur un parc de PC important (principalement Windows 10/11) dans un environnement dynamique.
• Exprience dans les applications de dploiement et dinventaire de classe entreprise un atout
• Fortes aptitudes interpersonnelles capacit communiquer et sens de lorganisation
• Bon sens de lanalyse et forte capacit rsoudre des problmes de configuration
• Capacit travailler sous pression dans un environnement fort changement
• Capacit travailler de faon indpendante forte motivation proactivit et grande capacit dapprentissage
• Matrise de langlais et du franais autant loral qu lcrit.

Et pardessus tout de la motivation et une passion pour son mtier.

Experience and qualifications:

• Experience as a computer technician in a technical support service an asset
• Studies in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience managing maintaining and troubleshooting a large installed base of PC computers (mainly Windows 10/11) in a dynamic environment
• Experience with enterpriseclass deployment and inventory applications is an asset
• Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Good sense of analysis and able to solve configuration problems
• Able to work under pressure in an everchanging environment
• Highly motivated proactive and able to work independently and learn quickly
• Fluency in English and French both oral and written
