PreSales Lead for Healthcare Domain Tokyo
The presales lead of the Business Development Department is to support the activities of team members and maximize results. Sensitive to the market environment and regulatory trends specific to the healthcare
domain develop sales budgets and formulate strategies. In collaboration with other related departments we work to resolve issues for clients and the organization. In some cases we make recommendations for product and service improvements to the business planning team and board members.
Job Description
- Develop budgets for the Business Development Department.
- Achieve the sales budget for the Business Development Department.
- Analyze visualize identify issues and implement measures for the team.
- Prepare proposals and negotiations with customers.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of presales / field sales experience in IT or consulting industry
- At least 3 years of experience in sales team management
