Job Description
Job Title: Chief Cybersecurity Strategist Director
Job Location: Remote initially

Job Responsibilities
- Define and implement vision for security tools and strategies.
- Optimize tools coverage consolidation and integration across systems.
- Maintain and manage roadmaps for tool consolidation and replacements.
- Stay ahead of evolving threats to enhance detection and defence mechanisms.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams for platform and AIenabled capabilities.
- Oversee integration of cloud monitoring tools and data flows for intelligence enhancement.
- Work with stakeholders to assess tool needs and align them with the decisionmaking framework.
- Strategize cost efficiencies and savings in cybersecurity technology spend.
- Manage business justifications for tool additions/removals and ensure project benefits realization.
- Conduct research on PaaS/SaaS tools for security defence integration.
- Provide updates to leadership and manage strategic initiatives like Bend the Cost Curve.
- Travel required (1015%).

Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 12 years of relevant experience.
Desired:
- Advanced degree in relevant fields like data management or cybersecurity.
- 7 years in utility industries (electric or gas) or related fields.
- Experience with operational cybersecurity AIbased security and creating security data lakes.
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g. NERC CIP TSA FERC).
- Leadership in complex highrisk projects and strategic planning.
