Description:
Maintain accurate records of all export/import transactions shipment details and relevant compliance documentation.
Prepare regular reports on import/export activities costs and performance for senior management.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding export/import matters.
Provide training and guidance to other departments or employees involved in the EXIM process
DGFT Matters: Liaison with DGFT consultants EPCG monitoring / application / redemption Advance License application / redemption monitoring
Export House monitoring / documentation Other DGFT related matters and documentations Education Background (Threshold educational background required to execute this role) Any Graduate with additional course in EXIM (Export and Import) or Logistic Supply Chain Management Experience (Nature / type and years of relevant experience required to execute this role)
810 years of experience in managing Export Documentation. Preferred from Textile Industry.
Proven work experience as a manager EXIM and Export Documentation
Expertise in managing all procedures and best practices related to export
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Strong decision making and problemsolving skills. Technical Competencies (Nature / type of technical proficiency required to execute this role) Should have commercial awareness. Should be good negotiator. Experienced with ERP system or any EXIM software Behavioral Competencies (Nature / type of behavioral competencies required to execute this role)
Should have good computer skills and knowledge.
Experience in interacting with internal customers to understand their requirements.
Good Communication (Written and amp; Verbal) and Time Management skills.
People Management skills
ERP knowledge will be preferable.
