Job Description
We are seeking and nbsp;Patent Agents and nbsp;with atleast 35 years PQE to join the Patents team and nbsp;
Language: Excellent written and spoken command of English language is essential.
Specific Responsibilities:
The role includes carrying out the following functions:
(a) Undertaking prior art searches FTOs and infringement searches
(b) Patentability opinions
(c) Drafting specifications
(d) Patent prosecution : FER analysis preparing responses attending to client queries attending hearings
(e) Assisting Litigation team in case of Appeals and revocations.
