Job Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in peoples lives At Home Instead Mid Cornwall we believe in providing the highest quality care for individuals in their own homes. As a Care Professional youll have the time to focus on delivering exceptional personcentred care with all visits lasting at least an hour and paid time scheduled between appointments to eliminate the need to rush.
What We Offer:
- Excellent Training & Support: Comprehensive classroombased training online courses and shadow visits with experienced Care Professionals to build your skills and confidence.
- Introductions: We use shadow visits to build confidence and skills and always introduce you properly to a new client.
- Flexible Work Patterns: Choose to work 2 3 or 4 set days a week plus every other weekend.
- Guaranteed Contracts Available: Stability and reliability in your role.
- Pay Details:
- 13 per hour for care visits.
- 13 per hour Travel and Waiting Allowance for scheduled time between visits.
- 45p per mile mileage reimbursement (over the first 10 miles per day).
- All training and supervisions are paid.
- Example Earnings: Work 30 hours a week and earn approximately 1696 per month mileage reimbursement.
Qualifications :
We provide full training and welcome both applicants experienced in care and also those who are looking into moving into a caring role.
