Job Description: Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Russellville AR
Responsibilities:
- Lead with accountability trust and innovation to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Manage talent practices including DEI performance management and succession planning.
- Align HR strategies with business goals and provide expert guidance on policies.
- Coach and advise employees and leadership on staffing performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws standards and company policies (e.g. IATF ISO ISMS).
- Drive employee engagement and lead culture and process improvements.
- Oversee HR operations including team leadership and budget management.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations and policy issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in HR Business or a related field; HR certification preferred.
- 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws; automotive industry experience a plus.
- Proven leadership decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HRIS; SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent communication planning and analytical skills.
