Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients functional physical and sensorymotor skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients unique needs and goals.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve fine and gross motor skills sensory processing selfcare and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with families caregivers educators and other professionals to support client development and progress.
- Document and maintain accurate records of evaluations treatment plans progress notes and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate clients and families on strategies and adaptive tools to support functional independence in various environments.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goalsetting and treatment planning.
Requirements
- Must hold an Illinois Occupational Therapy license.
- Onsite services are required with occasional travel.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred.
- Master s in Occupational Therapy from Accredited University.
