Job Description
Job Title: SAP Finance Lead (FICO)
Location: Canada (Remote) with travel to client sites required periodically
Work Structure : 12 month Contract Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven SAP Finance Lead to manage and lead SAP Finance implementations enhancements and support activities. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Finance modules (FICO OTC etc.) coupled with strong leadership skills to oversee a team and ensure seamless delivery of critical financial processes.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or a related IT discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as an SAP Finance consultant preferably in a professional services environment.
- Extensive handson experience in functional configuration and design of SAP Finance/FICO including Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) and Asset Accounting.
- Proven participation in at least four endtoend SAP FICO implementations with a lead role in at least two of them.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and build strong relationships with seniorlevel clients.
- Solid experience with S/4 HANA implementations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional and technical teams.
- Deep knowledge of finance business process integration.
- Expertise as an SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant with a focus on optimizing financial processes and improving business operations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as an SAP Finance consultant preferably in a professional services environment.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Finance implementation and support.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing teams.
- Indepth knowledge of FICO and Order to Cash (OTC) processes and related financial operations.
- Solid experience with S/4 HANA implementations.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP Finance including configuration testing and troubleshooting.
- Proven analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex financial and technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
