Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. This role requires strong communication skills a keen eye for talent and the ability to create an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including posting job advertisements screening resumes conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Candidate Assessment & Selection
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Evaluate candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
3. Employer Branding
- Promote the organizations employer brand by creating engaging content for social media job postings and recruitment campaigns.
- Represent the company at job fairs networking events and campus recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
4. Onboarding & Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and timely followups.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate hiring effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in talent acquisition recruitment or a related HR role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in recruitment tools including LinkedIn job boards and HR software.
Strong understanding of employer branding strategies.
Certifications: HR certifications (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) are a plus.
