Our client a leading crypto payment processor is seeking a Business Development Associate to expand its presence in the Spanishspeaking Latin American market. This role is ideal for a salesdriven professional with experience in B2B sales fintech crypto payments or iGaming.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage decisionmakers in iGaming and fintech industries.
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls emails and social media.
Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
Qualify leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage sales pipeline and update CRM (HubSpot).
Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
23 years of experience in B2B sales fintech crypto or iGaming.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in fastpaced startup environments.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
