Job Description
We are seeking a Solution Consultant to implement technological solutions for new clients in the logistics sector. This role will involve collaborating with senior architects leading solution design for lowcomplexity projects and overseeing the implementation process. During the first 69 months the focus will be on onthejob training to learn the software working alongside senior consultants and architects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Solution Architects during the design phase of medium and highcomplexity projects.
- Lead solution design for lowercomplexity projects.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the consultant team during the construction production preparation Go Live and stabilization phases. This includes planning organizing and overseeing tasks such as configuration training and testing.
- Participate in the training and development of the consultants under your responsibility.
- Support Project Managers in project management including progress tracking change management and problemsolving.
- Contribute to the improvement of project management methodologies processes and tools.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or exceptionally in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with technical training.
- 45 years of proven experience in the implementation of TMS (Transport Management System) software preferably in medium or small logistics and transportation companies.
- Previous experience in projects related to logistics and operations.
- Desired Skills:
- Experience in Supply Chain management particularly in Transportation and Distribution processes (internal roles within companies).
- Experience leading logistics consulting projects focused on Transportation and Distribution.
- Experience in regional projects.
- Software development knowledge.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
