We are looking for a Service Sales Specialist to join our team working remotely.
We are looking for a Service Sales Specialist for the Service Sales BPS department at Sartorius. In this role you will be responsible for selling our Bioprocess Solutions Instrument service offerings with a focus on Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) preventative maintenance and spare part packages.
The team consists of ten professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.
This position is available full time and based remotely in the UK with required occasional travel to customer sites.
Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
On a daily basis you will be responsible for processing contract extensions and standard service packages that are sold with offers for new systems
You will proactively approach existing customers understand their needs and promote our service offerings to achieve sales and revenue targets
Maintain customer information in CRM (salesforce)
You will work with field service technicians engineers and parts specialists to support the training of the critical parts program
You will research and analyze the customer landscape including products and pricing and work with the marketing department to develop targeted sales campaigns
You will work closely with our general sales department to support and align on strategies
Working closely with the Service Marketing team to ensure the current and future service portfolio meets local market requirements
Manage current customer relationships and foster new relationships to drive the business
What Will Convince Us
A degree in life sciences or biotechnology or in a relevant field (higher level qualification would be preferred)
Demonstrated sales experience in biotech/pharma industry would be beneficial
Strong customer focus with great communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge or use of CRM tools
Persistent ability to prioritise and work in a fastpaced environment and embrace change
Selfmotivated energetic and results oriented
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross functional teams
Willingness to travel
