Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to implement software solutions for new clients in the logistics sector. This role involves working closely with Solution Architects on medium and highcomplexity projects leading solution design for lowcomplexity projects and managing the consultant team throughout the implementation phases. The first 69 months will focus on acquiring indepth knowledge of the software through onthejob training working alongside senior consultants and architects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Solution Architects during the design phase of medium and highcomplexity projects.
- Lead the solution design phase for lowcomplexity projects.
- Coordinate and supervise the consultant team during the construction production preparation Go Live and stabilization phases. This includes planning organizing and overseeing activities such as configuration training and testing.
- Train and develop the consultants under your responsibility.
- Support Project Managers in managing projects including tracking progress change management and issue resolution.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of project management methodologies processes and tools.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or exceptionally in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with technical training.
- 6 years of proven experience in implementing TMS (Transport Management System) software ideally focused on IT solutions for logistics and operations in medium or small companies.
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams in software implementation projects (TMS WMS ERP).
- Desired Skills:
- Experience in Supply Chain management particularly in Transportation and Distribution processes (internal roles within companies).
- Experience leading logistics consulting projects focused on Transportation and Distribution.
- Experience in regional projects.
- Software development knowledge.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
