Position: Live Casino Team Manager
Location: Bucharest Romania

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow and improve in their roles.
- Oversee and manage team performance ensuring adherence to company policies and handling issues such as attendance conduct and other employee concerns.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through open communication and regular team meetings.
- Identify both individual and team development needs and work with relevant teams to create plans for growth and improvement.
- Contribute to learning and development initiatives that help the organization achieve its goals.
- Ensure that all services and activities align with the companys core values policies procedures and performance targets (KPIs).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in English (C1) both oral and written.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A background in Management would be considered advantageous.
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in PC applications (e.g. Office 365).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced work environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in conflict resolution.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
