Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales a passion for dance and a deep understanding of the dancewear market. As a Sales Agent you will represent our brand build relationships with clients and drive sales in Spain and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company and promote our dancewear products to clients in Spain and Latin America.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dance schools studios and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Understand the unique needs of our clients and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling dancewear or related products.
- Background as a dancer or deep understanding of the dance community and its needs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated organized and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus.
