We are seeking a US basedelitelevel direct response marketing strategist with proven experience managing largescale email monetization efforts at an aggressive scale. As the Senior Email Marketing & Monetization Strategist you will revolutionize our email monetization strategy working closely with copywriters and technical teams to maximize customer lifetime value through sophisticated list management segmentation and revenue optimization
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer this is a tactical role focused on dramatically improving our email monetization through sophisticated strategy testing and optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing aggressive direct response campaigns at scale while maintaining high deliverability standards.
Were looking for someone who thinks strategically about maximizing customer value through email while having the technical acumen to execute effectively. This role offers significant autonomy to reshape our email marketing approach and drive major revenue growth through optimization.
Email List Strategy & Monetization:
Develop and implement advanced email monetization strategies to optimize customer LTV.
Oversee comprehensive list management including lead nurturing segmentation and hygiene protocols.
Design build and optimize sequences tailored to audience segments and specific product funnels.
Plan for future growth scaling email operations from 200K sends to potentially millions daily.
DataDriven Optimization:
Leverage insights from analytics to continuously refine strategy engagement and ROI.
Design and execute A/B tests for subject lines copy timing and targeting.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop reports and dashboards using tools like Looker Studio BigQuery and other analytics platforms.
Technical Oversight:
Ensure email deliverability excellence by managing inboxing DKIM SPF and other authentication protocols.
Evaluate and implement industryleading practices for largescale email systems and platforms.
Work with platforms such as Keap Max Classic SendBright Beehive and BigQuery for campaign delivery and reporting.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Partner closely with copywriters to ensure highperforming email campaigns and sequences.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members including List Managers Affiliate Managers and other collaborators.
Lead the development of KPIs and dashboards to monitor email performance and business impact.
Scaling Operations:
Create a strategic roadmap for scaling operations ensuring the team can handle high email volumes and diverse lead generation sources.
Optimize customer journey flows list transitions and segmentation to maximize revenue opportunities.
Marketing Expertise
Extensive direct response marketing experience with proven track record of aggressive monetization
Deep understanding of email deliverability and list management at scale
Proven track record managing and optimizing lists of 200000 contacts with experience scaling to 1M emails daily
Agency or highvolume direct response marketing experience
Background in marketing in financial and investing information products is a plus
Technical Knowledge & Skills
Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms and deliverability tools
Exceptional analytical skills with focus on split testing and optimization
Working knowledge of email authentication protocols (DKIM SPF DMARC)
Expertise in creating and optimizing automated workflows and sequences
Experience with major ESP platforms
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio

Proven ability to work strategically while being handson as needed
Experience effectively working with copywriters and technical teams
