If youre fluent in Dutch (C2) have an intermediate level of English and are based in Northern Portugal (above Coimbra) this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Dutchspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries issues and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive problemsolving and followups.
- Work in rotating shifts to ensure continuous customer support coverage.
- Collaborate with your team to improve the customer experience and support process.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) is essential.
- Intermediate English (B1/B2) for internal communication.
- Must be based in Northern Portugal (above Coimbra) to apply.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication problemsolving and multitasking skills.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
