Job Description
Our client is a leading trading company based in Nigeria that specializes in the exportation of highquality cocoa beans and cashew. We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Security Officer (CSO) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute security strategies policies and procedures to safeguard company assets employees and information.
- Oversee physical security measures including facilities access controls and emergency response protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats.
- Lead and mentor a team of security professionals fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align security initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in security management.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in a securityrelated role with at least 5 years in a leadership or executive capacity
- Military background is an added advantage
- Strong rapport with other security agencies
- Strong background in security operations risk management and crisis management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
