Job Description
1. Meeting Management and Support: Organize and coordinate daily meetings for GM including agenda preparation scheduling and resource arrangements; Record and compile meeting minutes ensuring accurate communication and followup on key decisions and action plans.
2. Internal Communication and CoordinationAct as a bridge between GM and various departments facilitating internal communication task delegation and progress tracking to ensure smooth collaboration; Assist GM in handling crossdepartmental matters and driving project execution.
3. Business Analysis and ReportingCollect analyze and summarize data for tasks assigned by GM preparing highquality reports and documentation; Assist in the preparation of strategic documents presentations and other critical materials.
4. Market Intelligence and Strategy Planning: assist GM in formulating longterm business strategies participate in brainstorming meetings contribute ideas based on market research and assist in developing feasible and competitive strategic plans through analysis of market data financial forecasts;
5. Other Support Tasks: Handle other daily tasks assigned by GM providing comprehensive support to ensure their focus on core business priorities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree and above 5 years and above related working experience; other functions rotation experience is welcomed (e.g. Sales operation);
Working in Bosch experience is Prior
Excellent English proficiency in listening speaking reading and writing with the ability to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing;
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills capable of coordinating resources to complete tasks effectively;
Proficient in using various office software and digital tools with strong technical adaptability;
Strong writing skills with the ability to summarize organize and produce highquality documentation;
Familiarity with AI technology and the ability to apply it flexibly in work;
Innovative mindset with the ability to propose and implement optimization suggestions.
