Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily activities and events for guests of all ages including games sports and themed parties
Host and facilitate various activities and events such as trivia games dance classes and talent shows
Engage with guests and create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere on board
Assist with setup and breakdown of events and activities
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests during all activities
Collaborate with other departments such as food and beverage and housekeeping to ensure smooth execution of events
Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the duration of the cruise
Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
Requirements:
Fluent in German (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in entertainment animation or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
