Job Description
Infrastructure Management: Ensure operational stability and availability of
systems including monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
Incident Resolution: Address escalated issues from the Service Desk and resolve
incidents triggered by monitoring systems.
System Maintenance: Perform installations updates testing planning and
configuration of infrastructure components.
Global Support: Provide flexible support across different time zones based on
project requirements.
Collaboration: Work with local IT teams for technical scoping related to data center
implementations.
Vendor Liaison: Engage with vendors and IT personnel for issue resolution.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 8 10 years managing large Windows serverbased platforms.
Windows Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems Microsoft
Active Directory ADFS Exchange IIS and SCCM.
Virtualization: Strong understanding of VMware Virtual Infrastructure Management.
Networking: Proficient in network switching concepts including TCP/IP subnet
calculations VLANs and firewalls.
Scripting: Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and infrastructure
management.
Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with Office365 and Azure.
Data Center Operations: Experience with the installation of active devices in data
centers.
Additional Considerations:
Linux knowledge is a plus.
Prior experience with international organizations is advantageous.
