The Patient Solutions Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying securing and nurturing business relationships to drive growth and profitability within Inizio Engage Patient Solutions USA.
This role involves strategic planning identifying new business opportunities within manufacturer patient services departments and working collaboratively with subject matter experts to help solidify opportunities.

What you will be doing:
Leverage preexisting relationships and proactively network to Identify establish and expand Patient Solutions business engagements.
Interface with leaders within Inizio Engage to further drive growth.
Proactively shape relationship(s) with clients at multiple levels across patient services within the client organization in order to identify needs and align with Inizio Engage Patient Solutions service offerings.
Track opportunities coordination and support during the proposal development process.
Keep abreast of progress of sold projects related to satisfactory deliverables in order to leverage into further growth opportunities.
Establish relationships with patient services leaders in the industry.
Clear understanding of the Inizio Engage Patient Solutions service offerings independently and how they work together in order to customize solutions for targeted client.
What do you need for this position
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent workrelated experience.
Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical biotech and medical device patient services needs.
Minimum of 10 years demonstrated successful selling experience in and around the pharmaceutical biotech and medical device arena (selling patient services solutions to pharma biotech and medical device clients preferred).
Additional experience(s) across the pharmaceutical biotech and medical device space is preferred to better understand the flow of decisions/challenges that exist to improve opportunity spotting to drive growth.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%
