As an Associate Data Operations II you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data processes tools and execution strategies within our organization. Your role will involve operating on horizontal and strategic topics contributing actively to our data operations framework. A critical focus of your responsibilities will be on fraud preventionensuring the integrity of our data and protecting the business from fraudulent activities. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify potential vulnerabilities implement robust fraud detection systems and monitor operations for suspicious behavior. Your expertise will play a vital role in improving feedback loops and developing actionable insights to proactively mitigate risks.

Execution
Implement and oversee data operations processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain tools to support data operations.
Execute strategic projects and initiatives related to data operations.
Implement and monitor fraud prevention measures including detection systems and data integrity checks to safeguard the organization against fraudulent activities.
Process & Tools
Design document and improve data processes to enhance performance and scalability.
Utilize and optimize tools for data collection storage and analysis.
Ensure all tools and processes comply with industry standards and best practices.
Problem Unblocking
Identify and resolve datarelated issues with moderate to low supervision.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address data challenges and ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement solutions to streamline data operations.
Strategic Contribution
Operate on assigned horizontal and strategic topics contributing positively to the organizations data strategy.
Lead initiatives that drive data accuracy availability and usability.
Engage in strategic planning and provide insights to enhance data operations.
Qualifications :
WHAT DID WE ORDER
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations business operations consulting product product operations or similar role.
Experience in leading cross functional projects and teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity.
Strong team player with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have an ability to prioritise demands in a fastpaced environment.
A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
Strong English skills in both written and verbal communication.
Strong SQL skills
Good understanding of data science definitions and terms
