Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our Network team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and guiding two DevOps teams: Tooling and Automation. You will work closely with the current Scrum Master who oversees the remaining three DevOps teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of highquality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives) for the Tooling and Automation teams;
Foster a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and transparency within the teams;
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the teams progress;
Ensure the teams adhere to Agile principles and practices;
Collaborate with the Manager and Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog;
Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices;
Track and report on team performance metrics and progress;
Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification;
Experience with Scrum Scaled agile framework;
Proven experience as a Scrum Master preferably in a DevOps environment;
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices;
Excellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills;
Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams;
Proficiency in Agile tools such as AzureDevOps Tool.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with DevOps practices and tools;
Knowledge of automation and tooling processes;
Familiarity with the financial services industry;
Experience with Kanban;
Experience in managing Offshore DevOps teams.

Additional information:
All departments are working hybrid in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and Rabobanks Collective Labour Agreement. This assignment is placed in scale 10;
