Purpose of the Role
As a Junior Campaign Specialist you will partner with a portfolio of new clients to help them launch their first online advertising campaigns making a significant impact on their business. Youll work in a targetdriven atmosphere focusing on individual and team goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.
- Understand and identify customer needs and objectives.
- Drive campaign spend upsell opportunities and ensure sustainability.
- Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
Requirements
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus).
- 12 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity compliance and customer satisfaction targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective pitching and proposal writing.
- Good time management skills to organize daily tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Clientfocused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goal ownership.
- Team player adaptable to a fastpaced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in German (C2 level) and a high level of English.
