Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: 830 x 14 months (11620/year)
- Monthly Allowance: 140 x 12 months (1680/year)
- Total Annual Compensation: 13300
Start Date: January 30 2025
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Shift Hours: 07:00 19:00 (Rotational)
- Guaranteed weekends off
Key Requirements:
- Native/Nearnative French
- Customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills

Core Responsibilities:
- Process meal card inquiries and requests
- Provide realtime support to cardholders
- Handle transactionrelated questions
- Resolve cardrelated issues
- Maintain accurate customer records
Contract Details:
- Permanent contract
- 3month trial period
- Onsite position in Braga
