As a Care Assistant you will play a vital role in providing highquality care and support to individuals in need allowing them to lead fulfilling lives while remaining in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship emotional support and a friendly presence to clients.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment promoting the health and wellbeing of clients.
- Observe and report any changes in a clients condition or needs to the appropriate team members.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified approach to care.
Requirements:
- Compassion empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Effective communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous care experience is a plus but not mandatory.
