We are seeking dynamic Customer Service Representatives to join a rapidly growing tech company based in Athens Greece. As part of a global team youll be delivering exceptional customer support in a fastpaced techdriven environment.
What Youll Do:
- Provide toptier customer service to Italianspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services.
- Manage customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
- Assist in product setup provide usage advice and answer technical questions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer precise and helpful solutions.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) Essential!
- Intermediate English skills Youll communicate with colleagues and clients in English.
- Excellent communication skills with a customercentric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and stay organized.
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus but not required.
- EU citizenship or a valid Fullpurpose & Specificpurpose work permit card or a Certificate of Protection (refugees).
