Job Description
Requirements:
- Native Norwegian speaker with advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in using PC tools including Office 365 CRM databases and other internal platforms.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a solutionoriented mindset.
- Positive and motivated attitude to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Goaldriven work approach with a focus on achieving targets.
- Adaptability to evolving priorities and business processes.
- Familiarity with accommodation platforms is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is preferred.
- Willingness to work from the office and remotely (within 100km from the office).
Contract Details:
- Fulltime contract of 39 hours per week (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
- Rotating shifts: 09:0020:00.
- Initial temporary contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on business needs.
- 27 working days of holiday per year.
