Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse Float Pool
Location: Alamosa CO
Salary Range: $32.51 $45.39 per hour
Job Overview:
Join our Float Pool team as a Registered Nurse providing highquality care to patients across multiple units. You will assess patient needs administer medications assist with procedures document care and collaborate with providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current Colorado RN license.
- Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS NRP.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan implement and evaluate patient care to meet nursing standards.
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications.
- Monitor and document patient conditions notifying providers of significant changes.
- Support patient safety and comfort.
