Job Description


Job Summary: IT Desktop Support will provide IT support services for assigned Client facilities. This role focuses on improving support methodologies for manufacturing support in labor reduction cost reduction security reliability key feature and technological improvements and integrations standardization M&A integrations.

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Required Skills:
Field Services
Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 Windows 11)
Office 365 and Microsoft Software (SharePoint Teams Visio)
PC Hardware troubleshooting and PLCs scanners printers

Nice to Have Skills: Network certification

Responsibilities:
Minimum of 46 years of experience supporting manufacturing and warehouse environments.
Highlevel functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 Windows 11) Apple OSX Linux Ubuntu Microsoft Office Suites () Office 365 and Microsoft Software (SharePoint Teams Visio).
Experience with mobile operating systems (Apple iOS Android Windows CE).
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills able to communicate technical issues in a nontechnical manner.
Experience with PC hardware troubleshooting.
Experience with serialbased technologies (PLCs scanners printers) and handheld scanners.
Basic audiovisual support.
Experience supporting label laser and multifunction printing.
Broad technical IT knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
Operational excellence in root cause analysis process improvement risk reduction security and controls change management.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with telephony technologies.
Exposure to a broad spectrum of IT applications and architecture.
Ability to work in crossfunctional teams and as part of a virtual team.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Selfmotivated problem solver with limited supervision.
Onsite position.
Degree in computer science IT or related field.
