Job Description
Embark on an exciting career opportunity as a Bilingual Healthcare Receptionist/Customer Support specialist for a leading pediatric practice. Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist patients and their families in both English and Spanish providing a positive first impression of the practice
- Efficiently manage incoming calls addressing inquiries and routing them appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments using the practice s stateoftheart Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in the CRM system ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff facilitating clear communication and exceptional care
- Handle peaktime overflow calls with composure and efficiency ensuring no patient inquiry goes unanswered
- Collaborate closely with the inoffice team to optimize patient flow and enhance overall practice operations
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the practice
- Participate in ongoing training initiatives to stay current with healthcare regulations and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages (MUST SUBMIT VOICE RECORDINGS IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH)
- Proven track record in customer service preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and CRM software is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and capacity to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturday mornings
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patientcentered approach
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
