Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Herrin IL 62948

Assignment Start Date: 2/10/2025

13 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36 hours guaranteed weekly

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess patients to determine their mental physical and spiritual needs.
• Assess plan implement and evaluate an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.
• Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
• Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• At least 2 years of general nursing experience is required

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• A current Illinois Registered Nurse license is required
• BLS/BCLS is required

EMR System: EPIC experience preferred

Shift: 12 Hour Nights
