Position: .NET Application Architect
Location: Richmond VA 23219
Client: State of Virginia
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Application Architect to establish internal application architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing web applications and possess extensive experience in cloudbased architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprisewide integration architecture in a .NET environment.
- Create scalable webbased applications using C# .NET Core JavaScript React and SQL Server.
- Develop and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Azure and Active Directory.
- Guide project teams on best practices in secure coding and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
Key Technical Skills:
- Expertise in C# and .NET development (7 years).
- Strong knowledge of OOAD multitier architectures and architectural design patterns.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS Azure and/or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with messaging platforms (RabbitMQ MSMQ) and CI/CD processes.
- Proficiency in database design and optimization.
