Our product

Our digital platform goes beyond traditional filters providing key insights to optimize performance reduced costs and enhance environmental compliance. With a focus on connectivity our OTC program spans cloud and gateway development operations and support uniting industrial equipment seamlessly. Currently our IoTplatform boasts a substantial client base and 15 persons working with Nederman OTC. Looking ahead we aim to standardize and transition from AWS to Cumulocity and expanding our inhouse team with more skilled professionals. Our strategic goals include developing an onprem IoT solution connecting diverse industrial applications and delivering on new platforms.

What you will do

You will lead the development of backend applications for onpremises devices and cloud platforms ensuring seamless system integration across diverse industrial equipment. The role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a mix of architecture design coding and team leadership mainly focused on new development projects. Key responsibilities:

• Translate user needs into a system architectural design and develop applications for IoT solutions including data collection storage visualization and secure communication.
• Establish system integration plans for products endtoend
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align system design with user needs and business goals incorporating machine learning and predictive analytics to optimize performance.
• Lead a development team actively participate in coding and ensure adherence to agile principles.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and design specifications.

We believe you have

To thrive in this role you should have strong experience in system architecture coupled with expertise in industrial environments. Proficiency in Linux OS programming languages such as Rust C# Python or TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with microservices and cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Cumulocity is essential.

You should also have handson experience with CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and communication protocols like WebSockets and MQTT. Familiarity with AI machine learning and data analytics is a bonus as is a background in industrial product development or OEM environments.
