Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: (Senior) Legal Counsel
Sector: Public Sector
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 3 months (option for perm.)
Utilization: 60%
Location: Berne (hybrid)
Salary: CHF
Tasks
- Provide legal support on real estate transactions property management lease agreements and land registry matters.
- Offer legal counsel on a range of issues including civil and contract law with a focus on real estate matters.
- Conduct research on legal and regulatory challenges impacting project development including environmental permitting and land use laws.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks throughout real estate projects.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address legal issues specializing in real estate law.
Requirements
- Resident in Switzerland
- Completed law degree and possession of the Bar Admission is preferred
- Min. 5 years of law practice specialized in real estate law tenancy law property law and construction law
- Fluency in German additional languages are a plus
