Senior Flutter Engineer mfx Remote

As a Senior Flutter Engineer at simpleclub you will significantly contribute to building a product that revolutionizes the learning experience for millions of students. Collaborating with your engineering team product manager and designer you will focus on developing and enhancing features related to learning management tools learning assessments and reporting ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.

Your expertise in Flutter development on both mobile and Web platforms will be crucial in creating a highly valuable and productive environment that delivers high value to our users.

Tasks

• Integrate an agile team continuously developing simpleclubs products and platform like our learning management tools algorithms and reporting systems. You will be actively developing and maintaining code.
• Support the growth of junior peers via feedback and opportunities and mentorship
• Proactively work with other engineers to set standards in our apps architecture development delivery and operations to guarantee high velocity and a scalable and reliable system
• Identify support the prioritization scoping and planning and resolve technical debt with your team and in coordination with Product Manager and leadership
• Lead large complex projects from scoping to to delivery
• Actively participate in the discussions and the setting of the product and technical OKRs for your team and the product solutions to drive impact for our customers

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a software developer and at least 2 years in a Senior position.
• Solid commercial software development experience for mobile and web platforms using Flutter.
• Experience and strong knowledge of mobile and/or web application development at scale in a multiteam environment in Flutter or otherwise.
• Uncompromised approach to highquality code contributions at all testing levels youre eager to raise quality standards and do Quality Assurance on yours and your teams contributions.
• A passion for Product development and delivering value to customers you have proactively contributed with ideas and solutions to users problems and youre perfectly capable of balancing bringing value fast and accruing and resolving technical debt.
• Experience in identifying scoping and resolving technical debt.
• Familiarity with backend technologies related to Flutter. Knowledge of the ins and outs of Google Cloud Platform and/or Firebase will help you thrive in this role.
• You are a strong communicator able to contextualize your ideas and communicate them to both small and large audiences.
• You bring excellent interpersonal skills valuing collaboration knowledge sharing and a sense of ownership.

Your salary: We transparency. We have different levels within our salary bands and we use these levels to determine a fair salary for each range. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year.

The salary band for this role in Germany is: 71.100 96.100 EUR annually gross. If you live outside of Germany we will adapt to your local market.

We have implemented salary bands in all job descriptions to ensure we treat all employees fairly. Once we get to know each other better and understand your skills and experience during the interview process we will be able to evaluate where you would fit within the salary band.
