Job Description: We are seeking an Information Security Analyst with a focus on Regulatory Remediation Assurance to join our global team. This role involves testing and validating corrective actions outlined in response to regulatory findings to ensure they are fully implemented and effectively resolve the issues identified.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for regulatory compliance remediation processes and risk management within a complex global environment. This individual will investigate assess and validate evidence supporting remediation efforts to ensure the organizations regulatory obligations are met on time.
About This Role:
- Provides expertise and guidance on assessing risks identifying potential gaps and implementing security solutions to mitigate risks.
- Executes regulatory remediation assurance efforts within areas of significant risk complexity or scope including financial crimes and technology/cybersecurity domains.
- Possesses indepth knowledge of audit methodology for multiple complex business areas and/or global operations.
- Handles confidential information with discretion.
- May participate in various projects/division initiatives as needed.
- Demonstrates core organizational values.
- Recognizes team members contributions.
- Delivers strong presentations at the division level industry conferences workshops etc.
Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications accounting designations or equivalent education required.
- 3 years of relevant audit and/or control testing experience.
- Preferred industry certification in audit and information security (e.g. CISSP CISA CIA).
- Knowledge of audit standards procedures laws rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of the risk management environment standards regulations and mitigation.
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and functions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound judgment in decisionmaking.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet multiple deadlines.
