Job Description
One of our clients is seeking a handson Full Stack Java Developer to join their Information Management Division. This senior application developer will design develop and maintain Java/JEEbased enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to clearly articulate examples of their past work during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build enterprise applications using Java EE technologies.
- Develop and maintain applications using Node.js and Angular.
- Leverage ETL tools (Talend is a plus) for data transformation.
- Manage version control using GIT and work with DevOps/CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps is a plus).
- Utilize ORM frameworks configuration management tools build and testing tools.
- Work with relational databases specifically Oracle and understand the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful deployment of applications.
- Provide support for application servers and IBM SOA products such as IIB ODM WAS MQ (preferred).
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Java EE technologies for enterprise applications.
- 3 years of experience with Angular and Node.js.
- 5 years of experience with ETL tools.
- 2 years of experience with GIT and DevOps practices.
- 5 years of experience with ORM frameworks configuration management and build/testing tools.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle) and the SDLC.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with IBM SOA products (IIB ODM WAS MQ).
- Knowledge of Python and Talend ETL.
- Healthcare industry experience (Medicaid EDI transactions) is a plus.
Additional Information
- Onsite Requirement: 2 days/week for the first month; fully remote with occasional inperson meetings thereafter.
- Interviews: Must be conducted onsite/inperson (no exceptions).
