Job Description
Job Title: IT Product Manager
Location: 100% Remote in Philadelphia PA 19160
Duration: FullTime (FTE)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance web applications supporting vehicle maintenance driving user growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with business teams to align product strategies with organizational goals.
- Prioritize features gather feedback and evaluate performance to optimize the user experience.
- Define product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Lead a team of IT product managers fostering professional growth and setting clear objectives.
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies best practices and quality standards in product development.
- Partner with engineering design marketing and other teams for smooth product lifecycle execution.
- Monitor project progress resolve roadblocks and maintain budget and timeline adherence.
- Establish KPIs analyze performance data and make datadriven product decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field.
- Proven experience in IT product management and leadership.
- Strong communication analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with agile practices software development methodologies and project management tools.
- This role combines strategic vision leadership and handson management to drive success across critical applications.
