Job Description

Are you an experienced sales professional passionate about building strong client relationships and driving revenue in the fintech space At Performativ were revolutionizing the wealth management industry and were looking for a Senior Account Executiveto help us expand our footprint in the Danish Finnish Swedish andNorwegian markets.

As a Senior Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in Performativs growth by driving new logo acquisition and establishing lasting relationships with key players in the Nordics wealth management ecosystem.

What youll Do

  • Identify and Acquire New Clients: Develop a strategic plan to target and acquire new clients focusing on wealth management firms banks and financial institutions in the Nordic market.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead endtoend sales processes from prospecting to closing ensuring seamless and professional client experience.
  • Tailor Solutions: Work closely with prospects to understand their needs and position Performativs offerings as the optimal solution.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams including product marketing and engineering to deliver clientcentric solutions and drive growth.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas contributing directly to Performativs expansion goals.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and position Performativ effectively in the market.
  • Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with decisionmakers including Clevel executives and other key stakeholders.


What were looking for
Professional Experience & Skills

  • Proven Sales Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or selling services to other financial institutions.Preferably witha track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial landscape in the Nordics including wealth management asset management and banking sectors. Experience selling to asset managers family offices or institutional investors is highly desirable.
  • New Business Focus: Strong ability to identify and win new business opportunities particularly with highvalue clients.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at establishing and nurturing longterm client relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Consultative Selling: Expertise in solutionbased sales with the ability to align Performativs products to client needs.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment with a proactive and selfmotivated attitude.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish Norwegian or Swedish)is essential;
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g. CRM software) and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
