As a Team Manager for Accounting you will lead and manage an agile team responsible for delivering and maintaining capabilities in the Accounting functional area including tracking and reporting which will create value for our customers and contribute to the success of the product. The Team Manager is responsible for coaching and mentoring their team members ensuring that they have the training and tools to do their jobs and supporting their growth so that they and their teams are healthy and performing well. The Team Manager is responsible for ensuring that their teams understand expectations and how their work is tied to Portfolio performance. Team Managers need to optimize their teams to achieve their teams desired outcomes and be biased towards execution. This position will report to the Senior Manager of the Accounting and Data Governance team within the Operational Experience Portfolio.
This position is onsite and will reside in the greater Seattle WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Expected base salary: $95000 to $180000
