The Talent Acquisition Department is responsible for the hiring and processing of all new WynnEncore Las Vegas employees. In addition to servicing our operators we are responsible for making sure that all new employees have a 5 Star experience when joining our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering incoming phone calls for the Employment Center.
- Responsible for ensuring that all new hires are processed and scheduled for orientation.
- Responsible for greeting and welcoming applicants upon entering the Employment Center.
- Will work as a receptionist for the WynnEncore Employment Center as assigned by Manager.
- Assisting applicants with questions via email and in person.
- Responsible for completing offer calls and other calls as assigned by Management within a twentyfour hour window.
- Ensures that candidates have accurately filled out preemployment forms.
- Review drug test and background results on a daily basis.
- Ensures that the information submitted about a new hire is accurate prior to their new hire start date.
- Respond to all Management requests in a timely fashion with little to no errors.
- Responsible for ensuring that all new hires have the correct work cards and licenses to maintain company and state working laws.
- Responsible for assisting with Job Fairs and Meet & Greets as requested by Management.
- Responsible for assisting with sourcing and recruiting as requested by Management.
- Assist Hiring Managers and Executives as needed
- Assist Management HR Administration and the Recruitment team with special projects as required.
Qualifications :
- At least one (1) year of clerical experience is in high volume office strongly preferred.
- Experience working with Gaming Regulations is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of Employment Laws is preferred.
- Excellent telephone etiquette is required.
- Candidate must be fluent in basic computer programs such as MS Word MS Excel and MS Outlook. Intermediate ability in these programs is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to communicate professionally with all levels of candidate and management.
- The ability to write and read English is required.
- Ability to speak write and read Spanish is preferred but not required.
- A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all times.
