Summary of Position
The Manager of Fleet Health will oversee rider acquisition and optimization projects manage logistics strategy and ensure operational efficiency in Myanmar. Responsibilities include improving rider recruitment collaborating with teams managing equipment supply and leading the fleet health team. The role also involves using data analytics to enhance performance and staying ahead of industry trends. Strong leadership analytical and communication skills are required along with experience in operations or logistics.

- As fleet health manager you will oversee the operational management of the rider acquisition and lead optimization projects to ensure continued growth
- You will ensure an efficient rider recruitment funnel by optimizing particular stages
- In addition to your passion for operational work you will collaborate with the regional team and local stakeholders on the logistics strategy and rider hub footprint
- You will manage the equipment supply together with the central supply chain
- Together with your team you will continuously improve performance by aligning the needs of our customers riders restaurant partners and technical requirements.
- Additionally you will develop the existing fleet health team by challenging and supporting them to create an exceptional working environment.
- With your strong leadership skills you will help your team surpass challenges and excel in their roles.
- Engage in improving the operations of MM foodpanda a Delivery Hero company in Myanmar.
- Oversee and drive nationwide operational performance.
- Keeping track of competitors and staying ahead of the curve in terms of competitiveness and innovation
- Data analytics and technological interventions to improve fail rates prep times platform ratings menu assortments and fraud rates.
- Other ad hoc assigned by the manager
What do you bring to the table
- You have a strong passion for operations (logistics/supply chain/operational excellence) and several years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills are just as crucial to you as maintaining close contact with stakeholders through your approachable personality.
- Experience in logistics/supply chain/operational excellence or a consulting background as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders is an advantage.
- You think outside the box find innovative solutions set clear priorities focus on your team and achieve excellent results.
- You can handle pressure and see every change as an opportunity.
- Furthermore you possess strong interpersonal and intercultural skills and are able to inspire and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders.
