Summary of Position
The Manager of Fleet Health will oversee rider acquisition and optimization projects manage logistics strategy and ensure operational efficiency in Myanmar. Responsibilities include improving rider recruitment collaborating with teams managing equipment supply and leading the fleet health team. The role also involves using data analytics to enhance performance and staying ahead of industry trends. Strong leadership analytical and communication skills are required along with experience in operations or logistics.

- Oversee and drive nationwide operational performance.
- Keeping track of competitors and staying ahead of the curve in terms of competitiveness and innovation
- Data analytics and technological interventions to improve fail rates prep times platform ratings menu assortments and fraud rates.

What do you bring to the table
- You have a strong passion for operations (logistics/supply chain/operational excellence) and several years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills are just as crucial to you as maintaining close contact with stakeholders through your approachable personality.
- Experience in logistics/supply chain/operational excellence or a consulting background as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders is an advantage.
